How To Make the Body in Good Shape
The first Step is Being Active. If you are a lazy person and don't want to exercise or move at all then u can never get the best of you're body. For example if u give to much rest to you're muscles the Body will become Lazy and restful.
- Do some walking and jogging in the parks.
- Use stairs instead of taking the Elevator when going to you're apartment/Home or you're work Office.
- Watch T.V or listen to music but don't just sit there, do the Cooking, Laundry, Dishes while Watching. Ride a bike while Listening to Music from you're Ears.
- While you're meal is being prepared do some walking or Squats, walk on you're tiptoes.
The Second Step is Work you're Body by doing Aerobic Exercises.
Aerobic exercises are usually those Exercises which build up Heart rate Quickly. So the person who does aerobic exercises gets a hold of the physical exertion and gets Healthier. The Aerobics Exercises make u lose any kind of weight but takes time.
- You can do biking, which is an excellent way of exercising and moving outside.
- The Person should try Jogging or speed walking in order to maintain Stamina and Health
- You can also Do Swimming which is a brilliant Aerobic Exercise.
The Third Step is Finding A Partner.
Recent Studies tell us that Having a good partner and Doing Exercises With Him/Her will make things work out easier for us.
The Fourth Step is Be Consistent.
If you want to be in good body shape then you will have to become Consistent in you're Exercises, which clearly means that you have to become active in every hour every day of you're life. Don't expect the results to come up quickly. Make a plan and schedule and work.
The Fifth Step is Eating Well and healthy Diets.
The Key in making good health is by removing the unbalanced, sugary, salty stuff out of you're diet Plans. The Person should eat balanced diets in order to get shape,one should not make the calories Overload in the Plate but make it Average and Healthy.
Focus on having a Protein filled diets because Protein is the thing which make the person feel Fit and Energetic.
Eating healthy in Breakfast, Lunch And Dinner.
"Breakfast"
- The Person should eat vanilla yogurt (one Cup), melon(2 cups) , and cooked oatmeal for size.
- low-fat cottage cheese (One Cup), two banana's, and one whole-wheat bagel.
- Canadian bacon (two Ounces), 1/2 cup of blueberries, and 2/3 pieces of whole-wheat toast.
"Lunch"
Lunch is the perfect time to put Protein in our diet.
- Arugula salad with salmon, onions, and tomatoes.
- Pita stuffed with chicken, tomatoes, carrots, cucumber, and feta.
- Rye bread sandwich with spinach, mozzarella, garlic, and tomatoes.
- Eating Lemon Grilled Chicken, steamed Broccoli, Boiled Mashed Potatoes
- Quinoa with bacon pieces and steamed kale.
- Grilled salmon and spinach salad with vinaigrette dressing.
Eat Snacks. Drink Plenty of water. Get Active, And do exercises
