"PROTEIN"
When we talk about health, physique, Fitness and most probably Diet, Protein holds the upper part.
If u ever thought or wondered what protein does to your body and health, you have come to the right place.
Read This Article if you wanna Know About Protein.
First of all WHAT IS PROTEIN?
Organic molecules which are made up of Amino Acid are called Proteins. Protein is most probably the building block of our Life. The Amino Acid which make protein, Join up to make three dimensional structures which are really Important to our body.
There are three basic Types of Amino Acids:
*Essential Amino Acids: These are those acids which our body don't make from itself but we eat it externally.
*Conditionally Essential Amino Acids: These are those acids which Our body make but not often. , Suppose when we are Upset our body will Reject this type of manufacturing.
*Non Essential Amino Acids: These are the Amino Acids which our body makes from itself without any Problem.
Why is it very important to have Protein in our Diets?
Our Plasma Pool of Amino Acid is contributed by the body when it digests and breaks down the protein we eat. These Amino acids then Circulate in our blood. The Plasma pool readily give's our cell a boost from the protein it consumes from the food. Ou Bodies need the Protein to function properly and it needs proteins and amino acids to make the best of molecules possible for our body, these Molecules include Enzymes, Carbohydrates, Neurotransmitters, and Hormones etc. Without any Protein intake out body cannot function properly
Protein gives us boost in mental and Physical heath. It transports various substances throughout the body and helps in our Growth and Healing/Repairing.
How much protein does our body needs?
The most important in this point is our activity level. the more our Activity is healthy and Reliable the more it needs a proper push of Proteins.
0.8 kilograms is the basic Amount of protein recommendation a body needs. those people who do a high level intensity need more protein such as if a person is having a high level intensity training the amount goes straight to 1.4 kgs to 2 kgs.
so the more u burst the more u need.
Over eating of Protein!
If the protein you're eating goes above or becomes extra it will transform itself into body fat or sugar in the human body. Some research's were given as the more you eat protein the more it affects the kidney's, but this is just a myth!
